Right now I’m using Glisten & Glow HK Girl. It’s what I put on my roommates when I’m practicing because it dries fast and stays glassy for about a week. It also doesn’t shrink my polish away from the edges the way Seche Vite does. Seche is still very glossy and tons of people swear by it, but it gets thick and stringy about halfway through the bottle and I got tired of buying thinner like this for it all the time.

Essie Gel Setter is another decent one if you want something you can grab at Target. It has that thick, glossy gel-ish look without being an actual gel.
Whichever one you try, go thinner than you think you need to, and wrap the tip with the top coat so the free edge is sealed. If you do a lot of hand washing or use anything acetone-based, a swipe of cuticle oil over the nail every night keeps the shine from going flat.
